A key component of inter collaborative healthcare is communication between patients, their providers, and their pharmacy. Understanding this key element, Invictus pharmacy prides itself on being there for our patients. We listen to their concerns and address their questions. Patients that know they have a healthcare team that has their back every step of the way are that much more likely to succeed in getting to their set health goals.

Part of our Specialty pharmacy service suite includes continuous monitoring and follow-up of our patients. Our dedicated team of patient care coordinators calls patients on a monthly to bi-monthly basis to ensure proper adherence, understanding, and document their progress with their medication therapy.
If at any point a patient is either knowingly or unknowingly experiencing an adverse reaction, our clinical pharmacists respond by counseling the patient appropriately, documenting the patient’s experience, and updating their healthcare providers.
