Dr. Steve Malen, PharmD.

Steven Malen is a licensed pharmacist and healthcare executive with deep experience across retail, specialty, and compounding pharmacies, as well as clinical tech platforms. As Chief Product Officer at Invictus, he oversees pharmacy operations, patient access infrastructure, and technology-enabled workflows supporting providers and pharmaceutical partners nationwide.

Dr. Malen has held leadership roles including Lead Pharmacist, Regional Clinical Manager, and Pharmacy Manager at retail and specialty pharmacy organizations, where he managed multi-site operations, medication therapy management (MTM), formulary strategy, and compliance-driven workflows.

He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) and completed clinical training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Kent Hospital.
