WesTab Plus is an orally administered prenatal/postnatal prescription dietary supplement for lactating and non-lactating mothers, intended for use under the supervision of a licensed medical practitioner. Each tablet provides 27 mg of iron (as ferrous fumarate), 1 mg of folic acid, along with vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, calcium, zinc, and copper, to support nutritional needs before, during, and after pregnancy. The typical dose is one tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a licensed medical practitioner. Contains soy. Because it contains iron, it should be kept out of reach of children, as accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. High levels of folic acid may, especially in older adults, hide signs of vitamin B12 deficiency (such as pernicious anemia), a condition that can cause nerve damage. Discuss any allergies and any other supplements or medications you take with your healthcare provider before starting WesTab Plus.

Clomiphene citrate is a powerful, nonsteroidal Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) used as a first-line, orally administered therapy for treating ovulatory dysfunction in women desiring pregnancy. It works by selectively modulating estrogen receptors to stimulate the hypothalamic–pituitary–ovarian (HPO) axis, leading to follicular growth and subsequent ovulation. Since its FDA approval in 1967, it has been widely used and is also employed off-label in men with secondary hypogonadism.
